INSTRUCTIONS FOR PRESENTERS

   Oral Presentations

  Speakers will meet each morning at the conference secretariat, which will be located in the Pre-function Area, near the Exhibition Area (please see https://www.tritium2022.ro/general-information/), to transfer their presentation to a computer. Please have your files on a USB drive to transfer them to your computer. Power Point files are preferred, but we advise you to also have a backup PDF version of your presentation in case there are problems displaying Power Point files. Please refer to the conference schedule and inform the conference secretariat staff of the label of your presentation (e.g. D1-A-P5).

  Speakers should have with them a short biographical presentation to be used by the Session Chairman(s) to read before making the presentation.

  Plenary lectures speakers are invited to limit their talk to 30 minutes and 10 minutes for questions at the end.

  Invited lectures speakers are invited to limit their talk to 20 minutes and 10 minutes for questions at the end.

  Speakers are invited to limit their talk to 15 minutes (for oral presentations) and 5 minutes for questions at the end.

   Poster Presentations

   All poster sessions will take place in the Seminar Foyer, Maia and Tayagete rooms (please see https://www.tritium2022.ro/general-information/). Posters are standardized to A0 size.

 In order to facilitate the poster sessions, please send the posters according to the format indicated on the conference page (please see: https://www.tritium2022.ro/latest-news/) so that we can print them and have them ready on the date of the conference. Power Point files are preferred.  Please note that printing is included in the fee on condition that they are submitted no later than 5 October 2022.
